• Access control: individual, role-based logins to client systems; access removed promptly when staff change.
• Data minimization and retention: we keep client data only as long as the engagement requires, and return or export it at the end.
• Secure transfer: encrypted connections for file exchange.
• Vendor management: we work inside the client's own systems and clearinghouse.
• Incident response: suspected incidents are investigated and reported to clients as required by our agreements and law.
