Clinical judgment, built into billing

BillingBell is a medical billing company that sees AI billing errors in daily work, and is developing the check those tools are missing.

Our mission

Every bill should match the care the patient actually received. AI can make billing faster, but speed without verification moves errors to the payer, the auditor and the patient.

We are building tools that let practices keep the speed of AI while a clear, explainable check stands between every AI decision and the payer.

How we work

  • Patients first

A wrong bill is a patient harm, and we treat it as one.

  • Explain every decision

A held claim always comes with a reason a coder can read and act on.

  • People make the final call

    Sentinel recommends. The coder decides.

  • Measure honestly

We will report what Sentinel misses and what it wrongly holds, not only what it catches.
